![]() | Michael Knehr, DVM Dr. Knehr graduated from Purdue University Veterinary School in 1993. His areas of interest in the veterinary field include orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, diagnostic ultrasound, pain management, senior pet care and stem cell therapy. Dr. Knehr loves to go fly fishing with his golden retriever named Boulder, who is a great fishing partner. He also loves to go hiking and swimming with his boys and enjoys watching New York Yankee baseball as often as possible. He has three beautiful cats; Daisy, A-Rod and Jeter (yes, he is a really big Yankee fan); and one feathered family member named Kiwi, an eclectus parrot. Dr. Knehr's goal as a veterinarian is to provide compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary care for pet family members and for the community. Dr. Huber has a Border collie mix named Moochie, a Chihuahua mix named Monty and a cat named Fatty. During her free time she likes reading, and hiking with Moochie. |
![]() | Ashley Brooks, DVM Dr. Brooks was born and raised in Las Vegas and received her DVM from Oregon State University (Go Beavers!). Her veterinary interests include internal medicine, surgery and dermatology. In her free time she enjoys hiking, horseback riding, pilates and spending time with her husband. Dr. Brooks has an English Labrador named Mason, a golden retriever named Benjamin and a Burmese cat named Walter, the true master of the house. |
![]() | Gwen Nance, DVM Dr. Nance graduated with her D.V.M. from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her varied veterinary interests include domestic and non-domestic exotics, small animals, ruminants (small and large), surgery, dermatology, and wildlife rehabilitation. For recreation Dr. Nance likes snow-boarding, motorcycles, cooking and gardening. Her animal family currently includes 6 cats, 1 turtle and 1 chinchilla. She is looking forward to adding a dog and several pygmy goats to her menagerie soon. Dr. Nance was destined to be a veterinarian. When she was just 6 months old she was hugged by a baby orangutan named Daisy, and that started a life-long love of animals. |
